The information contained in the sections of this Sustainability report constitutes the report on non-financial matters pursuant to Article 964b of the Swiss Code of Obligations, including the Swiss Federal Ordinance on Climate Disclosures and thus indirectly the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), the Ordinance on Due Diligence and Transparency in Relation to Minerals and Metals from Conflict-Affected Areas and Child Labour (DDTrO) and the Ordinance on Climate Disclosures (KIV).

The Board of Directors has approved the medmix Full-year report 2025 and Sustainability report issued on February 26, 2026, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting on April 16, 2026.
